Instructions: The user must enter the appropriate data from the flux specs. If you do not know your flux specifications (surprisingly, many flux specs do not list all of this information), the recommended values will appear as default values for both alcohol- and water-based based fluxes. It is recommended that you consult with your flux supplier to determine the factory-recommended values. After entering the flux specification, take data from the actual pre-heat profile and enter the time and temperature readings in the appropriate blue cells. Note that both the board top and bottom readings are needed. You must also enter the conveyor speed and length of the solder wave(s).
